Agent Workspace Data API

The Conversocial Agent Workspace Data API (aka the Conversocial Agent Workspace Customer API) is the primary way for clients to access the rich set of data curated by Conversocial.

The API allows users to extract the raw object data stored within conversocial. These objects are available:

• A representation of your Account
• The communication Channels being consumed by Conversocial
• Users of Conversocial (agents)
• Teams
• Conversations
• Social Media Authors or customers that have been engaged with
• Conversation Tags
• Reports

There are several supported versions of the Data API:

Agent Workspace Customer Profiles API

The Conversocial Agent Workspace Customer Profiles API allows access to data stored by users / agents against the customers. These objects are available:

• Notes and Annotations stored against customers
• types of annotations that can be stored against a customer
• tags used for tagging customers
• Customer (author) objects and all of their tags, annotations, and notes
